Google Meet Integration

What does this integration do?

When a meeting with location type "Google Meet" is booked, OkoMeet automatically creates a video meeting link and includes it in the invitation.

How to connect

Google Meet works through Google Calendar integration:

1. Go to Settings → Calendar.
2. Connect your Google calendar.
3. When creating an event type, set the location to Google Meet.

The Google Meet link is created automatically along with the Google Calendar event.

Troubleshooting

• Link not created — make sure Google Calendar is connected and selected as the primary calendar for event creation.
• Google Meet unavailable — this feature requires a Google Workspace account or a regular Google account with Meet support.
