Yandex Calendar Integration

What does this integration do?

• Check availability — OkoMeet hides slots that are busy in your calendar.
• Create events — booked meetings automatically appear in your Yandex Calendar.

The integration works via CalDAV protocol.

Requirements

• A Yandex account (any, including free).
• App password — a special password for secure third-party access. Your regular account password won't work.

Step 1: Create an app password

1. Go to Yandex ID → App Passwords.
2. Click Create app password.
3. Select type: Calendar (CalDAV).
4. Enter a name (e.g., "OkoMeet").
5. Click Create.
6. Copy the password — it's only shown once!

Step 2: Connect in OkoMeet

1. Go to Settings → Calendar.
2. Click Connect calendar.
3. Select Yandex.
4. Enter your Yandex email.
5. Enter the app password from the previous step.
6. Click Save.

How to disconnect

1. Go to Settings → Calendar.
2. Click the delete icon next to Yandex Calendar.
