Zoom Integration

What does this integration do?

When a meeting is booked through OkoMeet, a Zoom meeting is automatically created. The join link is sent to all participants by email and added to the calendar.

How to connect

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Find Zoom and click on it.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. You will be redirected to Zoom — sign in and authorize OkoMeet.
  5. After authorization, you'll return to OkoMeet — status will change to "Connected".

How to use

  1. Create or edit an event type in Event Types.
  2. Set the location to Zoom.
  3. Save the event type.
  4. When a guest books a meeting, a Zoom link is created automatically.

How to disconnect

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Click on Zoom.
  3. Click Disconnect.
